This class will develop your search & recovery techniques to the advanced level. Two dives in one day. Prerequisites: 15 years old and Search & Recovery Specialty.
Any time you’re diving at 1000 to 10,000 feet above sea level, you're altitude diving. If you want to explore the hidden world of a mountain lake, the PADI Altitude Diver Specialty course is for you. You’ll learn the effects of pressure at higher altitudes and how to adjust your dive plan accordingly. Course requires 2 dives over 1 day. Prerequisites: minimum age 10 & Open Water Diver.
Whether you’ve never made a boat dive or you’ve logged dozens, the PADI Boat Diver Specialty course can benefit almost every diver because different boats in different parts of the world do things differently. Diving from a boat is fun, especially when you look at ease when maneuvering around on it. It’s fun to know what you’re doing. WIll do 2 dives in 1 day to complete the course. This course will teach the vital role conservation plays in the local area. Class consists of 1 lecture and 1 open water dive. Prerequisites: minimum age 12 and Open Water Diver.

The fun part about this course is the opportunity to explore the deep. It’s exhilarating. You will learn about the techniques and equipment for diving deeper than 60 ft. Course consists of 4 dives over 2 days (3 dives in 1 day if you have completed the Deep Adventure dive). Prerequisites: minimum age 15 & Adventure Diver

The PADI Digital Underwater Photographer course gets you going quickly with today modern digital equipment, whether you use a point-and-shoot snap camera or a sophisticated D-SLR like the pros. It's a great way to relive the adventures you’ve had. Plus capture images to share with your friends and family. Will complete 2 dives and then learn to edit your pictures. Prerequisites: minimum age 10 & Open Water Diver.
This course develops your ability to shoot and then create a story with your video. Will practice with one dive in confined water and then do 3 dives in open water. Afterwards, you will create your movie. Prerequisites: minimum age 10 & Open Water Diver.
This class takes place exclusively in confined water. Will complete 2 dives while learning to use a full-face mask. Prerequisites: minimum age 12 and Open Water Diver.

DPVs offer a thrilling way to see a lot of underwater territory in a brief amount of time. They scoot you through the water without kicking. Whether making a shore dive or diving from a boat, a DPV is a great way to see more and have a blast doing it. Fun? Underwater scooters (DPVs) are a kick! It’s all fun. Will complete 2 dives in 1 day. Prerequisites: minimum age 12 & Open Water Diver.
The PADI Drift Diver Specialty course introduces you to the coolest magic carpet ride you’ll ever experience. This course shows you how to enjoy rivers and ocean currents by “going with the flow,” staying with your dive partner, communicating with the dive boat and knowing where you are the whole time. Drift Diving is nearly effortless and relaxing. You simply glide along and enjoy the rush of flying underwater while the current does the work. Two dives are required for this class. The PADI Project AWARE Fish Identification Specialty course provides you with the fish identification basics so that next time, you know the answer. You’ll find you enjoy your dives even more when you recognize the creatures that you see. The fun part about this course is you can use the skills you learn on every scuba diving vacation because once you learn the main fish families and characteristics it will help you decipher the species you see all over the world. You will make 2 dives in 1 day to complete the course. Prerequisites: minimum age 10 & Open Water Diver.
This class will teach you how to use a full-face mask and com system. It consists of one confined water dive and then 2 open water dives. Prerquisites: minimum age 12 & Open Water Diver.
If the spirit of adventure and unusual, challenging diving appeals to you, try diving under the ice. Explore the unique aquascape found only under ice. You can be one of the few that have ever dived under a solid ceiling of ice. You will complete a minimum of three ice dives over 2 days for your certification. Dives are typically done as a group working with support personnel, divers, tenders, and safety divers. You are under the ice to learn to control buoyancy, navigate under the ice, and keep in contact with the lead diver and tenders via line pulls. Prerequisites: minimum age 18, Advanced Open Water and Drysuit Diver.
This class will teach you the basics of U/W Archaeology. In addition to an informative lecture, you will complete 4 dives over 2 days learning how to map, tag, photograph and lift objects. Prerequisites: minimum age 12 & Adventure Diver.
This class will provide you with the techniques to be an effective close-quarters diver. Conducted at Bonne Terre Mine, the class consists of 2 dives and an informative walking tour of the mine. Prerequisites: minimum age 12 & Open Water Diver.
Learn about night dive planning, equipment and navigation. Plus, see a whole new cast of critters that only come out at night. Class involves 3 dives over 1 evening. Prerequisites: minimum age 12 & Open Water Diver.
Neutral buoyancy is the key to conserving your air consumption and leaving minimal impact on the aquatic environment. Learn how to achieve neutral buoyancy with ease. Will complete 2 dives with your instructor in 1 day. Prerequisites: minimum age 10 & Open Water Diver.
Learn how to apply the scientific method to a research project of your own creation. Minimum of 2 dives required after you and your instructor determine the project. Prerequisites: minimum age 12 and Open Water Diver.

The PADI Search and Recovery Diver Specialty course will teach you effective ways to find objects underwater and bring them to the surface. Small, large or just awkward, there is a way to bring them up. It’s fun to use the lift bag. Not only are these skills fun, but very practical and ultimately useful because eventually, you’ll lose something in the water. As a Search and Recovery Diver, you’ll know how to search for and recover it. Will complete 4 dives over 2 days (3 dives in 1 day if you have completed the Search & Rcovery Adventure Dive). Prerequisites: minimum age 12 & Advanced Open Water or Open Water Diver with U/W Navigator Specialty.
Learn how to use your Suunto computer better. This class starts with a short lecture followed by 2 dives in open water. Prerequisites: minimum age 10 & Open Water Diver.
Look closer to see more on your next dive. Look for symbioses, predator/prey and other relationships between aquatic plant and animal life. Learn not just what fish and animals are, but how they interact with each other and the environment. Learn about why some creatures behave the way they do and what their role is in the aquatic ecosystem. You will put this info to use on your 2 dives. Prerequisites: minimum age 10 & Open Water Diver.

Finding your way is not a matter of luck! When everyone’s buzzing about a reef or checking out a shipwreck, they’re having a great time – until it’s time to go. Then they turn to you, because as a PADI Underwater Navigator, you know the way back to the boat. Class made up of 3 dives in 1 day ( 2 dives if you have completed the Navigation Adventure Dive). Prerequisites: minimum age 10 & Open Water Diver.
Learn how to explore mysterious sunken shipwrecks, planes and even automobiles. Will learn how to penetrate and return. Class consists of 4 dives over 2 days (3 in 1 day if you completed the Wreck Adventure Dive). Prerequisites: minimum age 15 & Adventure Diver.
